中国互联网上市公司绩效评价实证研究

Empirical Research on Performance Evaluation of Listed Internet Companies in China

摘要: 互联网企业在构建双循环新发展格局、促进消费转型升级过程中发挥着重要作用，互联网上市公司的绩效一定程度上能够体现互联网行业的发展质量。为客观评价互联网上市公司的经营绩效状况及其影响因素，本研究选取与盈利、债务偿还、运营和发展能力相关的9项指标并构建评估指标系统，通过因子分析法评估中国的20家互联网上市公司的绩效。结果显示，企业的清偿能力对其经营业绩的影响最为突出，其次为盈利能力和发展能力，且这三项主因子所占权重较为均衡。最后为互联网行业上市公司的绩效管理和评价提出建议。

Abstract: Internet enterprises play an important role in building a new dual-cycle development pattern and promoting the transformation and upgrading of consumption. The performance of Internet listed companies can reflect the development quality of the Internet industry to a certain extent. In order to objectively evaluate the operating performance of listed Internet companies and their in-fluencing factors, this paper selects 9 indicators related to profitability, debt repayment, operation and development ability, constructs an evaluation index system, and evaluates the performance of 20 listed Internet companies in China through factor analysis. The results show that the solvency of an enterprise has the most prominent impact on its business performance, followed by profitability and development ability, and the weight of these three main factors is more balanced. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for the performance management and evaluation of listed companies in the Internet industry.
