他为什么欺凌别人？——寄宿制小学校园欺凌问题个案研究

Why Does He Bully Others?—A Case Study on Bullying in Boarding Primary Schools

摘要: 寄宿制小学为了学生安全，一般都采取封闭式管理，具有孩子在校时间长，父母工作忙，学业压力大的特点，长期的亲子分离导致孩子得不到父母的关爱，给校园欺凌提供了条件。我们以R寄宿制小学为例，对寄宿制小学校园欺凌问题的基本机制进行分析。并利用叙事调查收集个案资料，在分析资料的基础上，发现了影响寄宿制小学校园欺凌产生与发展的个人、家庭、校园等三方面的原因。并从学校、家庭、校园等方面积极提供建议，群策群力，认真做好寄宿制小学的校园欺凌预防工作。

Abstract: Boarding primary schools for the safety of students, generally adopt closed management, which has the characteristics of long school hours for children, busy work for parents, and high academic pressure. Long-term parent-child separation leads to children not receiving parental care, providing conditions for school bullying. Taking R boarding primary school as an example, we analyze the basic mechanism of bullying in boarding primary school. By using narrative research to collect case data and analyzing the data, three factors, namely individual, family, and school, were identified that affect the occurrence and development of bullying behavior on boarding primary schools. And the author provided suggestions from students, families, schools and other aspects which should work together to prevent and control bullying on campus in boarding primary schools.
