生命意义感在青少年教育中的实践应用价值

摘要: 随着社会的发展与教育的变革,青少年作为心理问题的高发群体受到社会的普遍关注。由于青少年时期心理发展的不稳定性和不成熟性,对青少年群体心理问题的解决对策不能仅从问题心理的治疗干预入手,还应该从构建积极心理资源方面出发。近年来,核心素养课程背景下增强青少年适应社会发展的能力成为教育重点,而这其中就包括提升青少年群体的心理能力。生命意义感作为有效的积极心理资源得到多方面的研究,积极的心理资源有助于个体抵御外来压力,减少问题心理和行为。本文综述了生命意义感的相关研究,并通过梳理这些已有研究基础上给出具体的实践应用价值,为青少年的心理教育提供一定的帮助。
Abstract: With the development of society and the reform of education, teenagers, as a group with high incidence of psychological problems, have been widely concerned by the society. Due to the instability and immaturity of adolescent psychological development, the solution to adolescent psychological problems should not only start from the treatment and intervention of problem psychology, but also from the construction of positive psychological resources. In recent years, it has become the focus of education to enhance the ability of teenagers to adapt to social development under the back-ground of core literacy curriculum, which includes improving the psychological ability of teenagers. As an effective positive psychological resource, the sense of meaning of life has been studied in many aspects. Positive psychological resources can help individuals resist external pressure and reduce problem psychology and behavior. This paper summarizes the relevant research on the sense of meaning of life, and gives specific practical application value on the basis of sorting out these existing studies, so as to provide some help for the psychological education of teenagers.
