大数据时代教师数据素养现状与发展趋势——基于国内外核心期刊的系统性文献综述

摘要: 大数据背景下,随着教育数据应用的普遍兴起,教师数据素养逐渐成为新时代教师专业发展的核心主题。本研究从教师数据素养观察维度、影响因素、发展趋势等角度对2015年以来国内外SSCI、CSSCI来源期刊的相关文献进行了系统性分析,梳理了国内外有关教师数据素养实证研究结果。研究发现,实证研究的文献量相对较少,研究关注应从教师数据素养的关注转向关注教师专业发展;另外需要不断提升教师自身的教学技能和数据素养,不断创新和改革教学模式,以期有效提升教师的数据素养,从而促进教师专业发展。
Abstract: In the context of big data, with the widespread rise of educational data applications, teacher data literacy has gradually become the core theme of teacher professional development in the new era. This study conducted a systematic analysis of relevant literature on SSCI and CSSCI source journals at home and abroad since 2015 from the perspectives of observation dimensions, influencing fac-tors, and development trends of teacher data literacy. The results of empirical research on teacher data literacy at home and abroad were summarized. Research has found that there is relatively little literature on empirical research, and research attention should shift from focusing on teacher data literacy to focusing on teacher professional development; In addition, it is necessary to continuously improve teachers’ teaching skills and data literacy, innovate and reform teaching models, in order to effectively enhance teachers’ data literacy and promote their professional development.
