机器人辅助根治性前列腺切除术的应用现况与研究进展
Current Status and Research Progress in the Application of Robot-Assisted Radical Prostatectomy
摘要: 前列腺癌是老年男性泌尿生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,前列腺癌根治术一直以来被认为是治疗的标准方法。机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术(Robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, RARP)自被提出以来在泌尿外科中得到广泛应用。近年来,研究发现机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术(RARP)为前列腺癌根治术提供了一个重要的替代方式,本文就机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术(RARP)的应用现况与研究进展进行综述。
Abstract: Prostate cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the genitourinary system in older men, and radical prostatectomy has long been considered the standard method of treatment. Robot- as-sisted radical prostatectomy has been widely used in urology since it was proposed. In recent years, it has been found that robot-assisted radical prostatectomy offers an important alternative to radi-cal prostatectomy. This article reviews the current status of the application and research progress of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy.
