摘要: 目前国内外对于精索静脉曲张的诊断和治疗已达成初步共识,尽管精索静脉曲张的诊断和治疗方式多样,但国内外基本一致认为显微镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术拥有较好的疗效和较低的复发率,在临床工作中不时有患者及临床医生对精索静脉曲张复发的相关原因而苦恼,本文就精索静脉曲张复发的原因做出相关总结,为临床工作提供参考。
Abstract: At present, a preliminary consensus has been reached on the diagnosis and treatment of varicocele at home and abroad. Although there are various ways to diagnose and treat varicocele, it is gener-ally agreed at home and abroad that varicocele ligation under the microscope has better efficacy and lower recurrence rate. In clinical work, patients and clinicians are often distressed about the related causes of varicocele recurrence. This article summarizes the causes of recurrence of varico-cele and provides reference for clinical work.
