老年人述情障碍研究热点的可视化分析

摘要: 目的：使用可视化分析软件对国内述情障碍相关的文献进行分析，探讨该领域的研究热点和前沿。方法：以中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)三大中文数据库为数据来源，检索建库以来所有述情障碍相关的文献，分别对文献数量、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果：经过去重以及排除不相关研究之后共纳入519篇文献进行可视化分析。近24年间发文量稳步增长且形成了稳定的作者合作团队，发文量最多的作者是王红艳和张先庚学者，发文量最多的机构是成都中医药大学和北京大学，但机构间的合作有待加强。关键词共现分析显示老年人、述情障碍、综述、认知障碍、影响因素是出现频率最高的5个词汇，聚类结构共10个，结合突现词分析，述情障碍、影响因素、养老机构是近年来该领域的热点词汇。结论：对近24年间老年人述情障碍相关文献分析显示，老年人、认知功能、慢性病是近年来的研究热点，而危险因素、养老机构、护理干预可能是未来的研究方向。
Abstract: Objective: To use visual analysis software to analyze the literature related to alex-ithymia in China, and to discuss the research hotspots and frontiers in this field. Methods: Using CNKI, WanFang and VIP as data sources, all literatures related to alexithymia since the database was established were searched, and the number of literatures, authors, institutions and keywords were visually analyzed. Results: A total of 519 literatures were included for visual analysis after deweighting and excluding irrelevant studies. In the past 24 years, the number of published papers has increased steadily and a stable team of authors has been formed. The authors with the largest number of published papers are scholars Wang Hongyan and Zhang Xiangeng, and the institutions with the largest number of published papers are Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Peking University, but the cooperation between institutions needs to be strengthened. Keyword cooccurrence analysis shows that the elderly, alexithymia, summary, cognitive impairment, and influencing factors are the five words with the highest frequency, and the cluster structure is a total of 10. Combined with the analysis of emergent words, alexithymia, influencing factors, and nursing institutions are the hot words in this field in recent years. Conclusion: The literature analysis of alexithymia in the elderly in the past 24 years shows that the elderly, cognitive function and chronic diseases are the research hotspots in recent years, and risk factors, nursing institutions and nursing intervention may be the future research direction.
