积极心理学视角下大学生积极人格的培养

The Cultivation of Positive Personality of College Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要: 积极心理学是当代心理学的一个热门分支领域，主张关注个体的幸福、积极情感、优点、成就和满意度等正面心理特征和体验。积极心理学主张的积极人格指个体具有积极、健康和积极影响自己和周围环境的性格特质和行为特征。大学生积极人格的培养是高等教育的重要任务，本文首先分析积极心理学视角下的积极人格的内涵，然后阐述了培养大学生积极人格的意义，最后提出了相应的培养方法。

Abstract: Positive psychology is a popular branch of contemporary psychology that advocates focusing on positive psychological characteristics and experiences such as individual happiness, positive emo-tions, strengths, achievements, and satisfaction. The positive personality advocated by positive psychology refers to an individual’s personality traits and behavioral characteristics that are positive, healthy, and positively influencing oneself and the surrounding environment. The cultivation of positive personality among college students is an important task in higher education. This article first analyzes the connotation of positive personality from the perspective of positive psychology, then elaborates on the significance of cultivating positive personality among college students, and finally proposes corresponding cultivation methods.
