包容性设计理念下老旧社区公共设施适老化设计

Aging Design of Public Facilities in Old Communities under the Concept of Inclusive Design

摘要: 随着我国老年群体的比例不断增加，老旧社区设施改造是关注这一群体极其重要的一部分，而老旧社区公共设施对老年群体的流动性和独立性有很大影响，有助于提高老年群体的生活质量。因此，老旧社区公共设施适老化作为养老环境研究的重要组成部分，其品质也决定着老年群体在老旧社区生活的满意程度。通过对相关理论的梳理提出关注空间同享与情感公平，以给予老年群体平等机会参与、互动和分享为研究路径，并结合包容性设计理论来指导设计策略，提出围绕布局规划、功能形式和颜色材料三个方面的老旧社区公共设施设计策略，为解决目前老旧居住区公共设施更新所面临的困难及问题提供了一种可供借鉴的优化方法。

Abstract: With the increasing proportion of the elderly group in China, the reconstruction of old community facilities is an extremely important part of paying attention to this group, and the old community public facilities have a great impact on the mobility and independence of the elderly group, which helps to improve the quality of life of the elderly group. Therefore, the aging of public facilities in old communities is an important part of the elderly care environment research, and its quality also determines the satisfaction of the elderly in old communities. By combing the relevant theories, this paper proposes to pay attention to the sharing of space and emotional equity, and to give the elderly groups equal opportunities to participate, interact and share as the research path. Combined with the inclusive design theory, it guides the design strategy, and puts forward the design strategy of public facilities in old communities from three aspects: layout planning, functional forms and color materials, It provides an optimization method for reference to solve the difficulties and problems faced by the renewal of public facilities in old residential areas.
