心理护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用与对情绪的影响
Application of Psychological Nursing in Senile Diabetes Care and Its Influence on Emotion
摘要: 目的：探析心理护理在老年糖尿病护理中的应用与对情绪的影响。方法：选取114例老年糖尿病患者，随机分为两组各57例，对照组实行常规护理，观察组实行心理护理，比较护理效果。结果：护理干预后，观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组，HbAlc、FPG、2hPG水平低于对照组，总依从率、自我护理能力评分高于对照组，有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：老年糖尿病护理中实施心理护理可获得满意的效果，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application of psychological nursing in elderly diabetes care and its influence on emotion. Method: Select 114 elderly diabetic patients randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases each. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received psychological nursing. The nursing effect was compared. Results: After nursing intervention, SAS score and SDS score of observation group were lower than control group, HbAlc, FPG, 2hPG levels were lower than control group, total compliance rate and self-care ability score were higher than control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of psychological nursing in elderly diabetes care can obtain satisfactory results, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
