Abstract: Muscle derived factors are cytokines or proteins secreted by muscles that regulate muscle devel-opment and growth. The latest research has found that myogenic factors also play an important role in the formation of bone and fat. This article reviews the functions and application prospects of my-ogenic factors in bone and fat formation, providing reference for further exploration in this field.
