基于CiteSpace的国外医院管理研究热点可视化分析

Visualization and Analysis of Hotspots of Foreign Hospital Management Research Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 近年来，我国医改政策和“互联网+”的发展为缓解患者“看病难”和“看病贵”问题带来了有效途径。同时，国家政策文件和行动计划也为公立医院的高质量发展奠定了基础。然而，在医院运营管理方面，仍存在知识的缺失和待完善之处。因此，本研究采用CiteSpace信息可视化软件，对Web of Science核心文集数据库截至2022年6月5日中收录的以“hospital management”为主题词的2965篇有效文献进行了计量可视化分析。研究发现，国外医院管理研究更多关注将管理方法与临床工作相结合，改进管理方法和提出管理措施。本研究分析国外医院管理研究热点，通过比较我国医院管理研究热点与国外有何差异，为我国医院管理研究提供参考依据。

Abstract: In recent years, China’s healthcare reform policy and the development of “Internet Plus” have provided effective solutions to address the issues of limited access and high costs in healthcare services. Additionally, national policy documents and action plans have laid a solid foundation for the high-quality development of public hospitals. However, there still exist knowledge gaps and areas for improvement in hospital operation and management. To address this, the present study employed CiteSpace information visualization software to conduct an econometric visualization analysis of 2965 valid documents, retrieved from the WOS core collection database related to “hospital management” until June 5, 2022. The analysis revealed that foreign studies on hospital management primarily focus on integrating management methods with clinical work, improving management approaches, and proposing effective measures. This study analyzes the research hotspots of foreign hospital management, which can facilitate the subsequent comparison of the research hotspots of China’s hospital management with the differences between foreign countries, and provide a reference basis for China’s hospital management research.
