基于Kano模型的绣片柜需求分析与设计
Demand Analysis and Design of Embroidery Cabinet Based on Kano Model
摘要: 我们针对地方企业苗绣绣片储存现状进行调查和分析,研究了绣片柜创新设计方案,并且提供了符合用户需求的绣片柜功能以及提升了相关工作人员对绣片柜的满意度。我们采用服务设计理念指导,通过观察和访谈来建立用户旅程图,并对用户需求进行分析。再引入Kano模型对需求进行评估,对各需求项的归类属性进行量化分析,最终使用Better-Worse系数计算需求项的优先级并逐一确定相应的设计策略。最后我们提出了一个具有温湿度控制功能的绣片柜设计方案,解决绣片杂乱堆放、无人看管等问题,提高用户满意度,为苗绣文化创新保护提供参考。
Abstract:
We investigated and analyzed the current storage situation of Miao embroidery in local enterprises, studied the innovative design scheme of embroidery cabinet, and provided the functions of embroidery cabinet that met the needs of users and improved the satisfaction of relevant staff on embroidery cabinet. Guided by the concept of service design, we build a user journey map through observation and interview, and analyze user needs. Then the Kano model is introduced to evaluate the requirements, and the classification attributes of each requirement item are quantitatively analyzed. Finally, the Better-Worse coefficient is used to calculate the priority of the requirements item and the corresponding design strategy is determined one by one. Finally, we put forward a design scheme of embroidery cabinet with temperature and humidity control function to solve the problems of clutter and unattended embroidery, improve user satisfaction, and provide a reference for Miao embroidery cultural innovation protection.
