日本面向智力残疾人士的简易语言特征研究——以大阪《新冠疫苗接种》系列语料为例

A Study of Easy Language Characteristics for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities in Japan—Example of the Corpus of the COVID-19 Vaccination Series Instruction Manual

摘要: 本文通过考察面向智力残疾人士的简易版语言服务内容与面向在日外国人的简明版语言服务内容的差异，评估其使用规则、词汇难易度和内容设置，旨在探讨简易信息语言特征。通过对比分析，本文得出结论：面向智力残疾人士的语言服务资料在词汇难易度和内容设置上更加细化，说明解释的篇幅更长，内容设置更多元化。这表明面向特殊人群提供的简易信息语言服务切实有效地降低了文章难易度，对特殊人群语言服务建设具有积极的影响，并指出有必要推进面向特殊人群提供的语言服务的人才建设、丰富语言手段，以提高特殊人群的幸福感与安全感，缓解其在无手语服务的紧急情况下的不安与无措心理，更能提升国家语言服务能力。

Abstract: This paper aims to explore the linguistic characteristics of easy language. This paper compared the differences between the contents of a simplified version of the language service for people with in-tellectual disabilities and the contents of a concise version of the language service for foreigners in Japan. The paper also evaluated the rules of use, vocabulary difficulty, and content settings. Through comparative analysis, the paper concluded that the language service contents for people with intellectual disabilities were more refined in terms of vocabulary difficulty and content set-tings, with longer explanations and more diverse content settings. This indicated that the easy lan-guage service for special populations was effective and efficient in reducing the difficulty of articles, which had a positive impact on the construction of language services for special populations. It also pointed out that it was necessary to promote the construction of talents and enrich the language means for language services for special populations, in order to improve the sense of well-being and security of special populations, alleviate their uneasiness and helplessness in emergencies without sign language services, and enhance the national language service capacity.
