乡城移民社会融入对其农地控制权偏好的影响——基于贵州省505名乡城移民的调查数据

The Impact of Social Integration of Rural-Urban Immigrants on Their Preference for Control over Their Agricultural Land—Based on Survey Data of 505 Rural-Urban Immigrants in Guizhou Province

摘要: 本文基于对贵州省实地调研所得的505份调查数据，以乡城移民社会融入水平作为切入点，使用Ordered Logistic回归模型，实证分析乡城移民社会融入水平对其农地控制权偏好的强弱差异。研究表明：随着乡城移民社会融入程度的提升，其对农地的控制权偏好依照保留承包经营权–保留承包权、转让经营权–保留承包权、放弃经营权–放弃承包经营权依次减弱，在此过程中所对应的农地处置方式依次为自耕–流转–撂荒–退出。

Abstract: This article is based on 505 survey data obtained from field research in Guizhou Province, using the level of social integration of rural-urban immigrants as the entry point, and using the Or-dered Logistic regression model to empirically analyze the strength difference of rural-urban immigrants’ social integration level on their preference for agricultural land control rights. Research shows that as the degree of social integration of rural-urban immigrants increases, their preference for control over agricultural land weakens in order of retaining contracted man-agement rights - retaining contracted management rights, transferring management rights - retaining contracted management rights, abandoning management rights - abandoning contracted management rights. In this process, the corresponding agricultural land disposal methods are self cultivation - circulation - abandonment - exit.
