Factors and Design Strategies of Architectural Form Affecting Neighborhood Relations

摘要: 建筑，是生活的容器，建筑的形式直接影响居住其中的人的行为活动，也影响人与人之间的关系。随着乡村振兴战略的实施，城乡信息差逐渐打通，不论城乡，人们普遍追求精致高档的住宅和包围式的小区环境，因此在城市化进程中，使得住宅由原先开敞的、分散的独栋居住形式，逐渐向现代城市高隐私、高密度的集合式公寓楼转变。就此现象，文章重点考察传统民居建筑与现代集合住宅建筑在建筑形式上的变化，探讨建筑形式与邻里社交的关系，分析建筑形式变化影响邻里关系的作用因子和影响机制，并提出相关的设计策略，旨在为促进邻里关系，并为促进邻里社交的建筑空间设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Architecture is the container of life, the form of architecture directly affects the behavior of people living in it, but also affects the relationship between people. With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the information gap between urban and rural areas has gradually opened up. In both urban and rural areas, people generally pursue refined and high-grade housing and enclosed community environment. Therefore, in the process of urbanization, the housing has gradually changed from the original open and scattered single-family living form to the high-privacy and high-density integrated apartment buildings in modern cities. In view of this phenomenon, this paper focuses on the changes in architectural forms between traditional residential buildings and modern integrated residential buildings, discusses the relationship between architectural forms and neighborhood socializing, analyzes the factors and influencing mechanisms of architectural form changes that affect neighborhood relations, and puts forward relevant design strategies, aiming to provide certain references for promoting neighborhood relations and architectural space design that promotes neighborhood socializing.
