民警健康素养内涵及提升策略研究
Research on the Connotation and Promotion Strategy of Police Health Literacy
摘要: 民警作为社会治安维护的重要力量，承担着维护社会稳定和人民安宁的重要责任。由于工作特殊性和工作压力的增加，民警的身心健康面临着严峻的挑战。本文旨在通过探讨民警健康素养内涵、必要性及民警健康素养提升实施策略，以促进民警的身心健康，提高公安核心素养。
Abstract:
As an important force of social security maintenance, the police bear the important responsibility of maintaining social stability and people's peace. Due to the particularity of work and the increase of work pressure, the physical and mental health of the police is facing serious challenges. This paper aims to promote the physical and mental health of police and improve the core literacy of police by exploring the connotation and necessity of police health literacy and the implementation strategy of police health literacy improvement.
