积极行为支持策略在一例孤独症儿童抢食行为中的应用

The Application of Positive Behavior Support Strategies in the Predatory Behavior of Children with Autism

摘要: 在本研究中采用了积极行为支持策略对一名有抢食行为的孤独症儿童进行了行为干预，结果显示通过前事策略的改变、行为的教导与训练、生态环境的改善、家校合作以及后果的处理，孤独症儿童的问题行为有了明显的改善。此方法不仅能够改善孤独症儿童孩子的问题行为，而且能够引导出儿童做出的正向行为。同时，积极行为支持策略的实施提升了家长的教养知能，也帮助一线的教师找到了更好的处理儿童行为问题的方向。

Abstract: In this study, the positive behavior support strategy was adopted to conduct behavioral intervention on an autistic child with predatory behavior. The results showed that the problem behavior of autistic children was significantly improved through the change of prevention strategy, behavior instruction and training, ecological environment improvement, home-school cooperation and consequences management. This method can not only improve the problem behavior of children with autism, but also guide the positive behavior of children. At the same time, the implementation of positive behavior support strategy has improved the parenting knowledge of parents, and also helped front-line teachers find a better direction to deal with children’s behavior problems.
