摘要: 目的：探讨小细胞肺癌扁桃体转移癌的临床表现、转移途径及治疗等。方法：通过回顾性汇报并分析于济宁市第一人民医院就诊的发生小细胞肺癌扁桃体转移病例1例。结果：扁桃体转移癌十分罕见，仅占扁桃体肿瘤的0.8%，而发生扁桃体转移的小细胞肺癌更加少见。且临床症状不典型，对于疾病的诊断及治疗难度大，预后差。结论：临床上治疗扁桃体小细胞癌缺乏明确的诊疗方案，因此汇报该病例并进行文献复习，以提高医务人员对口咽部恶性转移瘤的认识，积累经验，完善相关疾病的诊疗方法。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations, metastasis pathway and treatment of tonsil metastatic carcinoma of small cell lung cancer. Methods: A case of tonsil metastasis of small cell lung cancer in Jining No. 1 People’s Hospital was retrospectively reported and analyzed. Results: Meta-static carcinoma of the tonsil is very rare, accounting for only 0.8% of tonsil tumors, and small cell lung cancer with tonsil metastases is even rarer. And the clinical symptoms are not typical, the di-agnosis and treatment of the disease are difficult, and the prognosis is poor. Conclusion: There is no clear diagnosis and treatment plan for the clinical treatment of tonsil small cell carcinoma. There-fore, this case is reported and literature review is carried out to improve the knowledge of medical staff on malignant metastasis of oropharynx, accumulate experience, and improve the diagnosis and treatment methods of related diseases.
