需求导向下我国多元养老服务模式发展研究

摘要: 从改革开放至今，我国养老服务模式的发展不断适应着社会背景的变化。七普数据显示出我国人口老龄化加剧，高龄、空巢、失能是老年群体中普遍存在的问题，同时基于2014年的CLASS数据分析得出，我国老年人的养老服务需求呈现出扩大化与多元化趋势。为弥补传统养老方式的不足和回应时代的养老需求，在借鉴国外经验以及结合本土实际情况的基础上，我国发展了居家养老、社区养老以及“医养结合”、“互联网+”等新兴的养老服务模式。几种养老服务模式结合成多元养老服务模式，与时代发展紧密结合，能够完善我国整个社会的养老体系、保障老年人的晚年生活权利、提高老年人的生活质量，同时也是符合我国国情的养老方式。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, the development of pension service mode in our country has constantly adapted to the change of social background. Qipu data show that China’s population aging intensifies, old age, empty nest and disability are common problems in the elderly group, and the demand for elderly care services shows a trend of expansion and diversification. In order to make up for the deficiency of traditional ways of providing for the elderly and respond to the needs of the age, on the basis of learning from foreign experience, China has developed new service models for the elderly such as family care, community care, “combination of medical care” and “Internet+”. The combination of several pension service models into multiple pension service models, and closely combined with the development of The Times, can improve the pension system of the whole society, protect the rights of the elderly in the later years of life, improve the quality of life of the elderly, and is also a way of pension in line with the national conditions of our country.
