HPV感染与头颈部鳞癌的相关性以及对肿瘤预后的影响

摘要: 人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染在近些年来被发现为头颈部鳞癌中常规危险因素(吸烟、饮酒等)之外的独立危险因素，许多研究对HPV感染与头颈部鳞癌的相关性进行了研究。同时还发现与非HPV感染相关的头颈部鳞癌相比，HPV感染相关的头颈部鳞癌患者有更明显的预后改善效果，目前关于其原因机制尚未明确，但已有许多研究对其进行了探究。为了更全面了解HPV感染与头颈部鳞癌的相关性以及预后情况，本文将结合近年来的研究对其进行综述。
Abstract: Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection has been found to be an independent risk factor beyond conventional risk factors (smoking, drinking, etc.). Many studies have investigated the association of HPV infection and head and neck squamous cancer in head and neck squamous carcinoma in recent years. It was also found in comparison to HNSCC associated with non-HPV infection, patients with HPV infection have a more pronounced prognostic outcome, and the mechanism of the cause is not clear, but many studies have explored it. In order to get a more comprehensive understanding of the correlation of HPV infection and the prognosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, this paper will review it in combination with recent studies.
