高校毕业论文工作各主体行为关系研究
Research on the Behavioral Relationships of Various Subjects in Graduation Thesis Work in Universities
摘要: 在高校毕业论文工作开展中,组织者之间、组织者与个人之间、个人与个人之间存在三种张力,这些张力隐藏在制度规范的背后,通过博弈的形式对毕业论文工作这根绳索实施了不同方向的牵引。为进一步规范毕业论文工作,制度设计需要规避学生所普遍依循的不出事逻辑,并在师德师风建设方面推进指导老师的内部约束激励,推动实现高校人才培养的目标。
Abstract:
In the process of carrying out graduation thesis work in universities, there are three kinds of ten-sion between organizers, between organizers and individuals, and between individuals and indi-viduals. These tensions lurk behind the institutional norms, through the form of game on the grad-uation thesis work of the rope implemented in different directions of traction. In order to further standardize the work of graduation thesis, it is necessary to avoid the non-accident logic commonly followed by students from the level of system design, and promote the guidance of teachers’ inter-nal restraint and incentive in the construction of teachers’ ethics, so as to ensure the goal of talent training in colleges.
