药物化学课程中思政元素的发掘

Exploration of Ideological and Political Elements in Medicinal Chemistry Course

摘要: 全面推进课程思政建设是当前落实立德树人的重要任务。本文从药物化学发展史，典型的药物合成案例，药物的结构、性质、药理活性、用途和代谢的关系，生产、生活和学习中出现的典型案例等四方面出发，去发掘药物化学课程中蕴含的思想政治教育资源，引导学生树立辩证唯物主义的哲学思想，培养科学的思维方法，科学的创新能力和团结协作的精神，增强民族的自信心，培养健康、安全和环保意识以及社会责任感，遵守职业道德，建立健全的人格。为专业课程开展思想政治教育提供参考。

Abstract: The construction of ideological and political education promoted comprehensively in courses is an important task for implementing moral education and cultivating talents. This article starts from four aspects: the development history of medicinal chemistry, the typical cases of drug syntheses, the relationships among structures, properties, pharmacological activities, uses and metabolisms of drugs, and the typical cases in production, daily life and learning, the ideological and political education resources contained in pharmaceutical chemistry courses are explored. The students are guided to establish the philosophical thought of dialectical materialism, cultivate the scientific thinking methods, the scientific innovation abilities and the spirit of unity and cooperation, and enhance national confidence, cultivate the awareness of health, safety and environmental protection, as well as a sense of social responsibility, abide by professional ethics and establish a sound personality. It can provide references for ideological and political education in professional courses teaching.
