Coordination of Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Considering Supplier Preservation Efforts

摘要: 本文以单一生鲜供应商与零售商组成的二级生鲜农产品供应链作为主要研究对象，考虑供应商付出保鲜努力行为，构建受农产品新鲜度和市场价格影响的需求函数。对比分析了集中式决策和分散式决策下的均衡决策。研究表明，分散式决策下生鲜农产品的市场零售价格更高，市场需求量更低，同时供应链系统的利润较低。对此设计“保鲜成本分担”契约引导零售商分担保鲜努力成本，最终改善了生鲜农产品供应商和零售商的利润，实现了供应链系统利润的优化与协调。

Abstract: This article takes a secondary fresh agricultural product supply chain composed of single-life fresh suppliers and retailers as the main research object, considering the supplier’s efforts in preservation, and constructing a demand function influenced by the freshness of agricultural products and market prices. A comparative analysis was conducted on the balanced decision-making under centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making. Research has shown that under decentralized decision-making, the market retail prices of fresh agricultural products are higher, the market demand is lower, and the profits of the supply chain system are lower. The design of a “preservation cost-sharing” contract guides retailers to guarantee the cost of fresh effort, ultimately improving the profits of fresh agricultural product suppliers and retailers, and achieving optimization and coordination of supply chain system profits.
