俄语法律文本《吉尔吉斯斯坦刑事诉讼法典》的翻译方法探究

Exploration of Translation Methods of the Russian Legal Text Kyrgyz Criminal Procedure Code

摘要: 随着“一带一路”倡议的深入发展，中吉两国关系发展长期向好，愈来愈多的中国公民和企业、组织在吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国开展经贸、投资活动，两国间也产生了越来越多法律纠纷，这使得相关人员及法律行业运用法律武器维护自己合法权益。本文主要从翻译原则及翻译方法两方面，对《吉尔吉斯斯坦刑事诉讼法典》文本翻译实践进行浅析，为法律翻译工作者的翻译工作提供一定的启示及借鉴。

Abstract: With the in-depth development of the “Belt and Road” initiative, the relations between China and Kyrgyzstan have been developing well for a long time, and more and more Chinese citizens and en-terprises and organizations are engaged in the economic and trade, investment activities in the Kyrgyz Republic. And more and more legal disputes have arisen between the two countries, which makes the relevant legal professionals and the legal profession to use legal weapons to defend their legitimate rights and interests. This paper mainly analyzes the translation practice of the text of Kyrgyz Criminal Procedure Code from two aspects: translation principles and translation methods, so as to provide some enlightenment and reference for legal translators.
