“以学生为中心”理念在内分泌科实习带教中应用
Application of “the Student-Centered” Concept in Endocrinology Practice Teaching
摘要: “以学生为中心”教学理念在课堂教学中已应用广泛,但在临床带教实习医学生中应用有所限制,临床实习注重学生的实践能力,实习过程是医学生将理论知识和临床实践相结合的关键时期,是培养高素质医学人才的重要阶段,带教老师正确引导、培养学生养成科学的临床思维,使学生能够独立分析问题、解决问题,才能为今后成为一名合格的临床医生做好充分准备。文章主要从内分泌科学科特点及临床常见内分泌科容易误诊的疾病出发,在实习带教过程中应用“以学生为中心”的教学理念,探讨如何引导学生主动应用临床思维发现问题、分析问题、解决问题,培养学生养成良好的临床思维。
Abstract:
“The student-centered” teaching concept has been widely used in classroom teaching, but it has some limitations in clinical practice for medical students, the practice process is a key period for medical students to combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, and an important stage for cultivating high-quality medical talents, to enable students to analyze and solve problems independently, in order to become a qualified clinician in the future fully prepared. Based on the char-acteristics of endocrinology and the common diseases easily misdiagnosed in clinical endocrinology, this paper applies the teaching concept of “the student-centered” in the practice teaching process to explore how to guide students to actively apply clinical thinking to find, analyze and solve problems, and train students to develop good clinical thinking.
