基于双方博弈的BIM技术推广策略研究

摘要: 建筑业在我国是重要的经济支柱产业,随着近几年经济的增速放缓,建筑业面临着巨大的压力,需要加快信息化的转型进程。BIM作为建筑业信息化的一项关键技术而备受关注,BIM技术的推广有助于建筑业的信息化转型。然而BIM技术的推广面临着瓶颈问题,一方面政府部门希望推广BIM技术,另一方面项目业主由于使用成本拒绝使用BIM技术,因此通过双方的博弈关系制定BIM技术的推广策略成为了目前急需解决的问题。过往研究主要从政府部门或项目业主单一主体分析BIM技术的推广策略,本文从政府部门和项目业主两方的角度,构建政府部门与项目业主双方博弈模型,得出各种情况下双方的最优解决策略。更清晰的展现了双方策略对BIM技术推广的影响。根据博弈结果进行分析,提出以下BIM技术推广的策略:政府对项目业主是否使用BIM技术进行抽检并根据抽检的概率来确定处罚系数;BIM技术应当为项目创造价值;政府应当完善BIM技术相关政策。对BIM技术推广的研究对于解决目前建筑领域信息化瓶颈的问题有重要意义。
Abstract: The construction industry is an important economic pillar industry in China. With the slowdown of economic growth in recent years, the construction industry is facing enormous pressure, and needs to accelerate the transformation process of informatization. BIM, as a key technology in the informationization of the construction industry, has received much attention, and the promotion of BIM technology can help the informationization transformation of the construction industry. However, the promotion of BIM technology faces bottleneck issues. On the one hand, government departments hope to promote BIM technology, and on the other hand, project owners refuse to use BIM technology due to usage costs. Therefore, developing promotion strategies for BIM technology through the game relationship between both parties has become an urgent problem to be solved. Previous studies have mainly analyzed the promotion strategy of BIM technology from the perspective of government departments or project owners as a single entity. This article constructs a game model between government departments and project owners from the perspectives of both parties, and obtains the optimal solution strategy for both parties in various situations. More clearly demonstrated the impact of both parties’ strategies on the promotion of BIM technology. Based on the analysis of game results, the following strategies for promoting BIM technology are proposed: the government conducts spot checks on whether project owners use BIM technology and determines the penalty coefficient based on the proba-bility of spot checks; BIM technology should create value for projects; The government should improve policies related to BIM technology. The research on the promotion of BIM technology is of great significance in solving the current bottleneck of information technology in the construction field.
