新一轮审核评估背景下地方医学院校本科教育教学质量保障体系的优化与实践

Optimization and Practice of Quality Assurance System for Undergraduate Education in Local Medical Colleges in the Background of a New Round of Audit and Evaluation

摘要: 新一轮审核评估提出推动高校要积极构建“自觉、自省、自律、自查、自纠”的五自大学质量文化，本科医学教育标准(临床医学•2022版)也给医学教育提出了新的要求，在此背景下，地方医学院校如何在“健康中国”战略下主动作为，如何适应时代发展需求。本文以西南医科大学教学质量保障体系建设为例，学校遵循“学生中心 产出导向 持续改进”理念，开展五专一综多维评估，积极探索构建六位一体的质量保障体系，促进医学本科教育高质量发展。

Abstract: The new round of review and evaluation proposes to promote colleges and universities to actively build a five-self university quality culture of “self-consciousness, self-reflection, self-discipline, self-examination and self-correction”, and the undergraduate medical education standard (Clinical Medicine•2022 edition) also puts forward new requirements for medical education. In this context, how do local medical colleges take the initiative under the “Healthy China” strategy? How to meet the development needs of the times. This paper takes the construction of teaching quality assur-ance system of Southwest Medical University as an example. The school follows the concept of “student-centered output-oriented continuous improvement”, carries out five-specialty and compre-hensive multi-dimensional evaluation, and actively explores the construction of six-in-one quality assurance system to promote the high-quality development of undergraduate medical education.
