基于学生创新创业能力培养的思政教育管理

The Management of Ideological and Political Education Based on the Cultivation of Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability

摘要: 思政教育管理工作的开展不仅能够提高学生的思想道德素养，同时也有利于提升学生的综合素质，对于学生完美人格的塑造而言也有着十分积极的意义。与此同时，我国当前正处于快速发展阶段，对于创新型人才的需求更高，因此高校在开展教学的过程中还需要以提升学生创新创业能力为目标。基于此，本文主要分析了基于学生创新创业能力培养的思政教育管理的有关内容，希望能够为从业人员提供一定的参考。

Abstract: The implementation of ideological and political education management work not only improves students’ ideological and moral literacy, but also helps to enhance their comprehensive quality, and has a very positive significance for shaping students’ perfect personality. At the same time, China is currently in a stage of rapid development, with a higher demand for innovative talents. Therefore, in the process of teaching, universities also need to aim to enhance students’ innovation and entre-preneurship abilities. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes the relevant content of ideological and political education management based on cultivating students’ innovation and entrepreneur-ship abilities, hoping to provide some reference for practitioners.
