推拿治疗颈椎病研究进展

摘要: 颈椎病是一种在临床中较为常见的疾病，近年来发病率逐渐增高，且发病年龄日益趋向年轻化，严重影响患者的生活质量。推拿作为祖国医学中不可分割的一部分，在治疗颈椎病方面因其易于操作、安全有效等优势受到广泛关注，在改善临床症状和减少并发症上发挥了重要作用。本文就颈椎病的研究进展进行综述，以期为推拿治疗颈椎病提供新的参考和思路。
Abstract: Cervical spondylosis is a relatively common disease in clinical practice. In recent years, the inci-dence rate has gradually increased, and the age of onset is increasingly younger, which seriously af-fects the quality of life of patients. Massage, as an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine, has received widespread attention in the treatment of cervical spondylosis due to its advantages of easy operation, safety, and effectiveness. It has played an important role in improving clinical symptoms and reducing complications. This article reviews the research progress of cervical spondylosis, in order to provide new references and ideas for the treatment of cervical spondylosis with massage.
