微创治疗骨盆前环损伤的研究进展

摘要: 目的:归纳目前骨盆前环损伤微创治疗的方式,提高对骨盆前环损伤微创治疗方式的认识。方法:搜集近些年国内外骨盆前环损伤微创治疗的相关文献,总结了微创治疗的复位固定方法。结果:保证做到准确复位并且在骨盆后环足够稳定的前提下,骨盆前环的固定能够采用更多的方案,根据骨折类型、软组织状况和患者基本身体状况来做出最合适的选择,以避免神经、血管等重要结构损伤,从而为患者谋取更大的福利,成为医患关系稳定的基石。
Abstract: Objective: To summarize the minimally invasive treatment of pelvic anterior injury and improve the understanding of the treatment. Methods: Collect the minimally invasive treatment literature of anterior pelvic ring injury in recent years, and summarize the reduction and fixation method of minimally invasive treatment. Results: One type of fixation is not suitable for all types of pelvic an-terior ring injury, and the fixation method should be selected according to the fracture type and pa-tient condition to minimize complications and provide convenience for patients.
