教育伦理视域下中小学教育惩戒辩护研究

Research on the Defense of Education Punishment in Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Educational Ethics

摘要: 中小学教育惩戒作为一种教育方式在中小学教育活动中发挥着很重要的作用，而且自古以来与伦理就存在着千丝万缕的联系，本文对教育惩戒与伦理之间的关系进行梳理，从教育伦理视角出发研究中小学教育惩戒实施的必要性和现实意义，提出实施教育惩戒是实现教育仁爱、教育公正和尊重教师的强烈要求。指出教育惩戒的实施，有助于矫正学生的失范行为，帮助学生明辨是非善恶，从而践行社会主义核心价值观，追求真善美；有助于维持学校正常的教学秩序；而且对社会文明的进步有着重要的推动作用。通过研究以期使教育惩戒更具有社会普遍认同的伦理特性，让教育惩戒在教育活动中更好地发挥出积极的教育作用，实现教育育人的目标。

Abstract: As a way of education, educational punishment in primary and secondary schools plays an important role in educational activities, and it has been inextricably linked with ethics since ancient times. This paper combs the relationship between educational punishment and ethics, studies the necessity and practical significance of the implementation of educational punishment in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of educational ethics, and puts forward that the implementation of educational punishment is a strong requirement to realize educational benevolence, educational justice and respect for teachers. It is pointed out that the implementation of educational punishment is helpful to correct students’ anomie behavior and help students distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil, so as to practice socialist core values and pursue truth, goodness and beauty and help to maintain the normal teaching order of the school; and it has an important role in promoting the progress of social civilization. Through research, we hope to make educational punishment more ethically recognized by the society, so that educational punishment can play a positive educational role in educational activities and achieve the goal of education.
