从心论治糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症

摘要: 糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症是指糖尿病患者无原发性皮损，而以皮肤瘙痒为主要临床表现的皮肤病，属于中医“风瘙痒”、“痒风”范畴，病因多归为风邪、湿邪、热邪、瘀血等，本文基于“主火”、“主血脉”、“主神志”等心的重要功能探讨糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的发病机理，强调对此病的治疗兼顾肝脾肾的同时，更要重视“心”，治以清心火、濡血脉、调心神等法，为提高患者的生活质量及预后水平提供新的临床思路。
Abstract: Diabetic pruritus refers to diabetes patients without primary skin lesions, and skin pruritus is the main clinical manifestation of skin disease, which belongs to the categories of “wind pruritus” and “itchy wind” of traditional Chinese medicine. The causes are mostly wind, moisture, heat, blood sta-sis, etc. This paper discusses the pathogenesis of diabetic pruritus based on the important functions of the heart such as “main fire”, “main blood vessel” and “main spirit aspiration”. It is emphasized that while taking into account the liver, spleen and kidney in the treatment of this disease, more attention should be paid to “heart”, so as to provide new clinical ideas for improving the quality of life and prognosis of patients.
