战略管理视角下物流企业管理问题及对策探究

Exploration of Management Problems and Countermeasures of Logistics Enterprises under the Perspective of Strategic Management

摘要: 在竞争日益激烈的市场中，作为服务行业的物流企业在内部外部均存在激烈的竞争。随着科技的进步，现代物流企业不仅体现在企业间核心竞争力的竞争，更体现在企业间服务质量的竞争。建立科学的战略管理体系不仅有助于物流企业提升服务质量，也有助于更好地抓住机会，迎接挑战，促进企业长远可持续的发展。基于此，本文首先分析了战略管理对于物流企业发展的意义及战略管理存在的主要问题，然后根据物流企业管理问题提出相应对策。

Abstract: In an increasingly competitive market, logistics companies as a service industry are subject to fierce competition both internally and externally. With the progress of science and technology, modern logistics enterprises are not only reflected in the competition of core competitiveness among enterprises, but also in the competition of service quality among enterprises. The establishment of a scientific strategic management system not only helps logistics enterprises to improve service quality, but also helps to better seize the opportunity to meet the challenges and promote the long-term sustainable development of enterprises. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the significance of strategic management for the development of logistics enterprises and the main problems of strategic management, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the management problems of logistics enterprises.
