“互联网+”背景下高校心理健康教育创新方法研究

Research on Innovative Methods of Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of “Internet+”

摘要: 随着互联网信息技术的不断发展，网络新媒体、大数据资源、云计算处理等信息技术成为了重要的教育工具，这为高校心理健康教育带来了新的契机。但互联网中充斥着大量良莠不齐的信息，处于人生重要成长阶段的高校大学生价值观发展并不成熟，更容易受到网络不良信息的影响造成认知偏差。因此互联网时代的到来不仅为高校心理健康教育带来了契机也提出了新的挑战和要求。本文主要通过从分析互联网时代落实心理健康教育创新的必要性以及在互联网时代背景下，心理健康教育面临的机遇和挑战入手，提出有效的运用互联网技术，创新高校心理健康教育的方法，让各种心理教育资源得到充分的利用，从而促使高校心理健康教育在新时代发展中最大程度地发挥育人成效。

Abstract: With the continuous development of internet information technology, information technologies such as network new media, big data resources, and cloud computing processing have become im-portant educational tools, bringing new opportunities for mental health education in universities. However, the internet is filled with a large amount of mixed information, and college students who are in an important stage of life growth have immature values and are more susceptible to cognitive biases caused by negative information on the internet. Therefore, the arrival of the Internet era not only brings opportunities but also poses new challenges and requirements for mental health edu-cation in universities. This article mainly analyzes the necessity of implementing innovation in mental health education in the Internet era, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by mental health education in the context of the Internet era. It proposes effective use of Internet technology to innovate methods for mental health education in universities, allowing various psy-chological education resources to be fully utilized, and thus promoting the maximum effectiveness of mental health education in universities in the development of the new era.
