高校心理健康教育与思想政治教育融合创新路径研究

Research on the Integration and Innovation Path of Mental Health Education and Ideological and Political Education in Universities

摘要: 为满足大学生心理需求，引导其进行正确发展，各高校均加大了对心理健康教育以及思想政治教育的关注力度，希望通过将两者有效融合的方式，更好地完成育人工作。在新时代背景下，思政教育应坚持人本理念，深化心理健康教育内涵、提高心理健康教育力度，通过开展心理咨询活动，加深心理教育与思政教育的内在联系，提升学生培养的质量。结合心理教育在思政教育中的作用，探究了思政教育与心理教育相互融合的问题，提出了强化心理教育作用的思路，以确保立德树人根本任务的实现。

Abstract: In order to meet the psychological needs of college students and guide their correct development, colleges and universities have increased the attention to mental health education and ideological and political education, hoping to effectively integrate the two ways to better complete the educa-tion work. Under the background of the new era, ideological and political education should adhere to the humanistic concept, deepen the connotation of mental health education, improve the inten-sity of mental health education, deepen the internal connection between psychological education and ideological and political education through psychological counseling activities, and improve the quality of student training. Based on the role of psychological education in ideological and political education, this paper probes into the integration of ideological and political education and psycho-logical education, and puts forward the idea of strengthening the role of psychological education in order to ensure the realization of the fundamental task of moral education.
