浅析老龄化背景下老年人心理问题及应对途经

摘要: 进入新时代，我国人口老龄化进入快速增长时期，老龄化问题不断凸显，在有关老年人生命和生活质量的众多因素中，心理健康问题成为一个备受关注的重要因素。老年人的心理健康不仅关系到老年人自身的晚年生活质量，也关系到我们社会的和谐稳定。因此，我们必须深入分析老年人的心理问题及其原因，并针对相应的问题探索应对途经，保证老年人高质量的生活，保证社会和谐稳定发展。
Abstract: After entering the new era, China’s population aging has entered a period of rapid growth. Among the many factors that affect the life and quality of life of the elderly, psychological health issues have become an important factor that has received much attention. The psychological health of the elderly is not only related to their own quality of life in their later years, but also to the harmony and stability of our society. Therefore, we must conduct in-depth analysis of the psychological problems and causes of them, and formulate corresponding solutions to ensure a high-quality life for the elderly and ensure social harmony and stable development.
