心理健康教育应用于高校思想政治教育的路径研究

Research on the Path of Applying Psychological Health Education to Ideological and Political Education in Universities

摘要: 将心理健康教育应用于高校思想政治教育不仅是新时期高校人才培养工作提出的新要求，更是促进高校大学生身心全面健康发展的具体措施。本文在简要研究两种教育概念基础上，分析了心理健康教育应用于高校思想政治教育的必要性，提出了现阶段两种教育融合发展存在的现实问题，具体表现在教师队伍能力不足、教学方法缺乏创新，校园文化氛围淡薄等方面，并根据实际问题为心理健康教育更好地应用于思想政治教育，实现两者的融合发展提出了可行的路径建议。

Abstract: Applying mental health education to ideological and political education in universities is not only a new requirement for talent cultivation in the new era, but also a specific measure to promote the comprehensive physical and mental development of university students. Based on a brief study of the concepts of two disciplines, this article analyzes the necessity of applying mental health education to ideological and political education in universities. The practical problems in the integration and development of the two types of disciplines at the current stage were proposed, specifically manifested in the insufficient level of the teaching staff, lack of innovation in teaching methods, and weak campus cultural atmosphere. Based on practical problems, feasible path suggestions were proposed for better application of mental health education in ideological and political education, and for the integration and development of the two.
