独居老人社区养老服务使用的影响因素分析
Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Use of Community Elderly Care Services for the Elderly Living Alone
摘要: 由于老龄化程度加深和家庭结构的改变，我国独居老人的数量逐年攀升，随之而来的是严峻的养老问题。而社区养老服务在一定程度上缓解了独居老人的养老困境，因此，独居老人对社区养老服务使用的影响因素具有重要的研究意义。本文基于2018年中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS)数据，运用斯皮尔曼相关性分析和二元logistic模型对独居老人使用社区养老服务的影响因素及影响机制进行探究，并基于此为完善社区养老服务，提高社区养老服务的利用率提出参考建议，以期满足独居老人的养老需求，切实缓解独居老人的养老困境。
Abstract: Due to the deepening of the aging and the change of family structure, the number of elderly people living alone in China is increasing year by year, followed by a severe pension problem. The community elderly care service has alleviated the pension dilemma of the elderly living alone to a certain extent, so the influencing factors of the elderly living alone on the use of community elderly care services are of great research significance. Based on the data of the 2018 China Elderly Social Panel Survey (CLASS), this paper uses Spearman correlation analysis and binary logistic model to explore the influencing factors and mechanisms of the elderly living alone in the use of community elderly care services, and puts forward suggestions for improving community elderly care services and improving the utilization rate of community elderly care services, in order to meet the elderly care needs of the elderly living alone and effectively alleviate the pension dilemma of the elderly living alone.
