中国式现代化进程中退休老年群体社会参与的问题与策略

Problems and Strategies of Social Participation of Retired Elderly Groups in the Process of Chinese-Style Modernization

摘要: 在老龄化程度逐渐加深的21世纪，除了养老健康等热点议题，老年群体的社会参与问题也逐渐受到政府、社会的关注。文章以活动理论和积极老龄化切入理论，阐释退休老年社会参与的意义，并从老年再就业、代际关系、志愿服务三方面分析当下老年社会参与存在的问题，最后提出四点促进退休老年群体社会参与的实践路径，有助于为老年群体更好地实现“老有所为”提供参考。

Abstract: In the 21st century, with the deepening of the aging degree, in addition to the hot issues such as old-age care and health, the social participation of the elderly group has gradually attracted the attention of the government and society. Based on the activity theory and active aging theory, this paper explains the significance of social participation of the retired elderly, analyzes the existing problems of social participation of the elderly from the three aspects of re-employment of the elderly, intergenerational relations and volunteer service, and finally puts forward four practical ways to promote social participation of the retired elderly, which is helpful to provide references for the elderly to better realize “active aging”.
