大数据背景下环境法学智慧教学的实效性研究
Research on the Effectiveness of Smart Teaching in Environmental Law under the Background of Big Data
摘要: 环境法作为推动环境治理现代化建设的重要法律武器，因其与传统部门法相比具有鲜明的科技性、理论的综合性、内容的前瞻性及较强的实践性等特点，在大数据环境下，对环境法智慧化教学模式的设计与构建进行研究具有重要意义，为智慧化教学模式发挥出更大的作用奠定良好基础。
Abstract:
Environmental law, as an important legal weapon in promoting the modernization of environmental governance, has distinct technological characteristics, theoretical comprehensiveness, for-ward-looking content, and strong practicality compared to traditional departmental laws. In the context of big data, research on the design and construction of intelligent teaching models for environmental law is of great significance, laying a solid foundation for the greater role of intelligent teaching models.
