某气井采气管线穿孔失效原因分析及对策研究

摘要: 某气井采气管线发生穿孔失效,对站场正常生产造成影响,通过化学成分分析、XRD分析、XPS分析、扫描电镜分析、冶金质量分析、金相组织分析等方法对其失效原因进行分析,结果表明:高含量的Cl离子气田水沉积导致点蚀,最后引起焊缝处穿孔;夹杂物聚集 + 高含量的Cl离子气田水沉积导致点蚀,从而引起基体腐蚀坑洞。根据造成腐蚀穿孔的原因,提出了具体对策。
Abstract: The perforation failure of a gas production pipeline in a gas well affected the normal production of the station. The failure causes were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, XRD analysis, XPS analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis, metallurgical quality analysis, metallographic structure analysis and other methods. The results showed that high content of Cl-gas field water deposition led to pitting, and finally caused weld perforation. The accumulation of inclusions + deposition of high content of Cl-gas field water leads to pitting corrosion, which causes matrix corrosion. According to the causes of corrosion perforation, specific countermeasures are put forward.
