酒店设计管理的研究进展与趋势

Research Progress and Trend of Hotel Design Management

摘要: 为了更加全面系统地了解酒店设计管理的研究现状，文章主要把握当前酒店设计管理的研究热点及理论基础，基于科学问题的研究要素借助CiteSpace知识图谱分析工具，从学科领域、研究阶段、研究热点等方面对国外近20年酒店设计管理研究的相关文献样本进行分析，并总结国外酒店设计管理的研究部经验，对我国后续的研究做出展望。

Abstract: In order to have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the current research status of hotel design management, this paper mainly grasps the current research hotspots and theoretical basis of hotel design management, and uses CiteSpace knowledge graph analysis tool to analyze the research elements based on scientific problems. This paper analyzes the relevant literature samples of hotel design management research abroad in the past 20 years from the aspects of discipline fields, research stages and research hotspots, summarizes the experience of foreign hotel design management research departments, and makes prospects for subsequent research in China.
