急性缺血性脑卒中介入治疗的研究进展
Advances in Interventional Therapy for Acute Ischaemic Stroke
摘要: 急性缺血性脑卒中的血管内介入治疗已经成为主要治疗手段。近几年来,机械血栓切除术、支架取栓、抽吸取栓等技术,越来越受到介入治疗医生的青睐,如何合理地运用这几种技术,同样是是介入医师关注的热点问题。该文综述了几种技术应用以及研究进展,旨在为临床医生的临床应用及策略提供新的思路。
Abstract: Endovascular intervention for acute ischaemic stroke has become the main treatment. In recent years, techniques such as mechanical thrombectomy, stenting and aspiration have become in-creasingly popular among interventionalists, and how to use these techniques rationally is also a hot issue of concern for interventionalists. This article reviews the application of several techniques and the progress of research, aiming to provide clinicians with new ideas for clinical application and strategies.
