基于OBE理念的《谷物加工工艺与设备》课程教学改革探析
Analysis on Teaching Reform of Grain Processing Technology and Equipment Based on OBE Concept
摘要: 本文基于OBE理念,探索《谷物加工工艺与设备》课程教学改革措施。通过对《谷物加工工艺与设备》课情的分析,对教学目标进行了重构,并将课堂教学与课外学习高度融合,借助超星、学习通等网络平台,构建了参与式教学体系,同时整合资源,引入行业案例分析,激发了学生创新能力和解决问题能力,突出了成果导向的OBE理念,达到了良好的教学收益。
Abstract:
This paper explored the teaching reform measures of Grain Processing Technology and Equip-ment course based on OBE concept. Through the analysis on the course of Grain Processing Technology and Equipment, the teaching objectives are reconstructed, and the classroom teaching and extracurricular learning are highly integrated. With the help of network platforms such as superstar and learning pass, a participatory teaching system is constructed, and resources are integrated and introduced into industry cases to stimulate students’ innovative ability and problem-solving ability, highlighting the result-oriented OBE concept and achieving good teaching benefits.
