胰肾联合移植术后超声随访新发膀胱肿瘤1例
New Bladder Tumor after Simultaneous Pancreas-Kidney Transplantation: A Case Report
摘要: 回顾性分析1例胰肾联合移植术后新发膀胱肿瘤患者的临床资料和诊疗经过，为临床诊疗积累经验。患者于胰肾联合移植术后2年2月常规随访超声发现膀胱肿瘤，大小约1.0 × 0.9 cm，行全麻下经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术，术后病理为非浸润型尿路上皮癌，术后随访4个月，患者恢复良好，未见明显复发和转移。
Abstract: The clinical data and diagnosis and treatment of a patient with new bladder tumor after simulta-neous pancreas-kidney transplantation were analyzed retrospectively to accumulate experience for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Two years and two months after simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation, the patient was found to have a bladder tumor with a size of about 1.0 × 0.9 cm by routine follow-up. After transurethral resection of bladder tumor under general anesthesia, the postoperative pathology was non-invasive urothelial cancer. After 4 months of follow-up, the patient recovered well without obvious recurrence and metastasis.
