阴道超声诊断多发宫颈囊肿合并宫颈妊娠一例

A Case of Multiple Cervical Cysts Complicated with Cervical Pregnancy Diagnosed by Vaginal Ultrasonography

摘要: 宫颈妊娠是一种特殊类型的异位妊娠，其发生率较低，约为1:12000~1:2500，但风险特别大，易引发大出血等不良影响，需要尽早诊断与治疗。近年来随着辅助生殖技术的发展与宫腔手术的广泛开展，宫颈妊娠的发病率呈上升趋势。经阴道超声检查作为一种简便、无创、经济的常用辅助诊断方式，在妇产科疾病诊断中具很高的应用价值，成为早期筛查妇产科疾病的重要手段。多发宫颈囊肿合并宫颈妊娠病例较少见，宫颈囊肿较大时与宫颈妊娠囊不易分辨，对诊断造成了一定的困难，经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对宫颈妊娠的早期诊断提供了可靠依据。

Abstract: Cervical pregnancy is a special type of ectopic pregnancy, and its incidence is low, about 1:12000~ 1:2500, but the risk is particularly large, easy to cause severe bleeding and other adverse effects. There is the need for early diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, with the development of as-sisted reproductive technology and the widespread development of uterine surgery, the incidence of cervical pregnancy is on the rise. Transvaginal ultrasound, as a simple, non-invasive and econom-ical auxiliary diagnostic method, has a high application value in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gy-necology diseases, and has become an important means of early screening of obstetrics and gyne-cology diseases. The cases of multiple cervical cysts complicated with cervical pregnancy are rare, and the larger cervical cysts are difficult to distinguish from the cervical pregnancy sac, which causes certain difficulties in diagnosis. Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound provides a reliable basis for the early diagnosis of cervical pregnancy.
