躺平现象的心理分析及启示——结合尼采的观点

The Psychological Analysis and Enlightenment of the Lying Flat Phenomena—Combined with Nietzsche’s Views

摘要: 首先，本文列举了两种躺平的定义，并给出了本文所倾向的定义。其次，本文具体分析了该定义下的躺平，认为其体现出逃避和寄托的心理，以及这种心理下的逃避并不能真正实现。最后，本文认为躺平的人们应该正视心理的障碍，以及青年也并未真正躺平。

Abstract: First of all, this paper lists two definitions of lying flat, and gives the definition that this paper tends to. Secondly, this paper analyzes the definition of lying flat, and believes that it reflects the psychol-ogy of escape and sustenance, and this psychological escape can not really be realized. Finally, this paper argues that people who lie flat should face the psychological obstacles, and young people are not really lying flat.
