良方温经汤的现代应用探讨
Exploration of Modern Application of the Liangfang Wenjing Decoction
摘要: 良方温经汤出自南宋陈自明所著之《妇人大全良方》，该书是中国第一部妇产科专著，具有较高的学术地位。本方为我国传统妇科调经名方，兼顾扶正和驱邪，具有温经散寒，养血祛瘀之功，主治由血海虚寒，血气凝滞所引起的各种妇科疾病。良方温经汤是根据《金匮要略》的原方化裁而成，但相较原方更适用于偏向瘀重虚少，而兼有寒的病情。该方作为一首著名的中医古方，又被现代医家广泛地应用于各种相关疾病当中，发挥出了中医治疗的独特优势，由于本方在临床应用中的效果喜人，并可弥补西医治疗中出现的诸多不足，因而具有较为广阔的应用前景和极大的研究价值。
Abstract: The Liangfang Wenjing decoction comes from Chen Ziming’s book Fu Ren Da Quan Liang Fang, which is the first monograph on obstetrics and gynecology in China has a high academic status. This for-mula is a famous prescription of gynecological channel regulation, both strengthen body resistance and eliminating evil, with warming channel and expelling cold, nourishing blood and removing blood stasis, treating all kinds of gynecological diseases caused by Xuehai deficiency and cold, blood and Qi stagnation. The classic Fang Wenjing decoction is based on the original formula of the Synop-sis of the Golden Chamber, but compared to the original formula, it is more suitable for conditions that lean towards blood stasis and less deficiency, while also having cold symptoms. As a famous an-cient Chinese medicine prescription, this formula has been widely used by modern doctors in vari-ous related diseases, showcasing the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. Due to its satisfactory clinical application and the ability to make up for many shortcomings in Western medi-cine treatment, this formula has broad application prospects and great research value.
