基于系统论视角下的居住性历史街区更新与保护策略研究——以南京颐和公馆为例

A Study on the Renewal and Conservation Strategies of Residential Historic Districts Based on the Perspective of System Theory—Taking Nanjing Yihe Mansion as an Example

摘要: 在快速城镇化的背景下，许多历史街区正面临着物质性老化、结构性以及功能性衰退的问题，造成了历史街区日益凋敝和衰落。作为承载历史街区居民集体记忆和社会交往的空间，也面临着空间碎片化、文化特色缺失、对公共活动功能支撑度不高等问题。相较于其他类型历史街区，居住性历史文化街区的保护工作往往更受忽视，问题也更复杂。为了使居住性历史街区传统空间格局与现代生活融合，本文从系统论视角去整合居住性历史街区公共空间、塑造特色的空间环境，以满足居民对历史街区美好空间品质的追求和向往。

Abstract: Against the background of rapid urbanization, many historic districts are facing the problems of physical aging, structural and functional decline, resulting in the increasing withering and decline of historic districts. As the space that carries the collective memory and social interaction of the residents of historic districts, it is also facing the problems of spatial fragmentation, lack of cultural characteristics, and poor support for public activities. Compared with other types of historic districts, the preservation of residential historic and cultural districts is often more neglected and the problems are more complicated. In order to integrate the traditional spatial pat-tern of residential historic districts with modern life, this paper integrates the public space of residential historic districts and shapes the characteristic spatial environments from the perspective of system theory, so as to satisfy the residents’ pursuits and desires for the beautiful spatial qualities of historic districts.
